In terms of section 35(5) of the Administration of Estates Act, No. 66 of 1965, notice is hereby given that the First and Final Liquidation and Distribution Account in the estate of the late James Rashleigh Just, identity number 7405315164081, who resided at 5 Du Pont Road, Oakwood Estate, Pinehurst, Durbanville, 7550, Cape Town, is open for inspection for a period of 21 days from the date of publication hereof.
The account will lie for inspection at the offices of the Master of the High Court, Cape Town, and the Magistrate’s Court, Durbanville. Should no objection thereto be lodged with the Master or Magistrate within the specified period, the executor will proceed to distribute the estate in accordance with the account.
