In terms of section 35(5) of the Administration of Estates Act, No. 66 of 1965, notice is hereby given that the first and final liquidation and distribution account in the above estate will be open for inspection for a period of 21 days from the date of publication hereof at the offices of the Master of the High Court, Johannesburg, and the Magistrate’s Court, Johannesburg.
Should no objection thereto be lodged with the Master or Magistrate during the specified period, the executor will proceed to make payments and distribution in accordance with the account.
