After this derby, the Stormers will head off for a series of away games. They will return to DHL Stadium on 19 April to face Irish team Connacht. This match offers a crucial opportunity for the Stormers to climb the log standings.
Gates at DHL Stadium will open at 11:00, with the match kicking off at 14:00. Fans are urged to arrive early to avoid delays. A free MyCiTi shuttle service will be available for ticket holders, transporting spectators to the stadium from key locations. The shuttle service will begin at 10:30 from the Civic Centre, Thibault Square, and the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). The last bus leaves the stadium at 18:00.
Limited parking is available in Green Point. Therefore, parking in the CBD is recommended. Fans can either use the shuttle service or walk via the Fan Walk to the stadium. Additional paid parking is offered at the CTICC and nearby areas.
The City of Cape Town is committed to ensuring safety and security at the event. Alderman JP Smith, the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Safety and Security, encourages fans to come in large numbers and show their support for the Stormers during this important derby.
For those seeking parking at the CTICC, online bookings are available. Free parking spaces will be offered at designated City areas, though these are on a first-come, first-served basis.
