USA. – Donald Trump has announced that Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, will be part of his White House cabinet.
Trump stated that Musk, along with Vivek Ramaswamy, will head the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He explained that this department will “provide advice and guidance from outside the government” and assist in “breaking down government bureaucracy, cutting excessive regulations, reducing wasteful spending, and restructuring federal agencies.”
Musk’s appointment fulfills a promise Trump made to him after Musk supported the Republican’s presidential campaign with over $119 million.
