Wildeklawer is headquartered in Barkly West and operates across three advanced production units. We are pioneers in precision farming and innovation and actively support our local community through youth sport development initiatives.

As Human Resources Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the Human Resources department
- Implement a robust career development and succession planning process
- Establish and promote a strong performance-driven culture
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory requirements and systems
Minimum requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior Human Resources Manager position
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven ability to lead organisational change and staff development initiatives
Job location:
Based at Wildeklawer Farm, Barkly West, near Kimberley, Northern Cape.
