The second raid in Kempton Park resulted in the arrest of one suspect, who is part of a larger syndicate.
According to MultiChoice, these illegal devices pose a risk to the public, as people paying for unauthorized services may inadvertently expose their private information to criminal syndicates. This information can be used by syndicates for fraud and identity theft.
