KOOPOOREENKOMS: Gemaak en aangegaan deur en tussen MOOIGESORG EIENDOMS TRUST IT 1550/2006 (hierna genoem “die VERKOPER”) en THABO MMOHO FARMING (PTY) LTD, Registrasienommer 2016/290833/07 (hierna genoem “die KOPER”).

Kennis geskied hiermee dat die VERKOPER hiermee op ’n permanente basis afstand doen ten gunste van die KOPER van waterregte in die Hoër Oranjebestuursgebied vir 2 (twee) hektaar water, synde 22 000 kubieke meter (m³) water per jaar.

Die verkoping en oordrag geskied onder andere volgens die volgende bepalings en voorwaardes:

1. Die VERKOPER doen hiermee permanent afstand van waterregte in die Hoër Oranjebestuursgebied vir 2 (twee) hektaar, synde 22 000 m³ per jaar, ten gunste van die KOPER.
2. Die waterreg vir 2 (twee) hektaar word permanent oorgeplaas vanaf die VERKOPER se plaas bekend as PORTION 1 OF MAYVILLE 236, Jacobsdal Distrik, gehou kragtens Akte van Transport Nr T5242/2010, na die KOPER se plaas bekend as REMAINDER OF THE FARM BLAAUWBOSCHPAN NO 64, Jacobsdal Distrik, groot 465.5657 hektaar, gehou kragtens Akte van Transport Nr T11459/2024 gedateer 4 Desember 2024.

Enige persoon wat beswaar wil aanteken of kommentaar wil lewer met betrekking tot die voorgenome oordrag, word hiermee versoek om sodanige beswaar of kommentaar skriftelik in te dien binne ’n tydperk van sestig (60) dae vanaf datum van publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing.
