Notice is hereby given in terms of section 34(1) of the Insolvency Act, No. 24 of 1936, that Johanna Catherina Philippina Niemand (Identity Number: 5904010114088), carrying on business as t/a Dry Carpet Cleaning by Hanelie, La Bri Holiday and Olive Farm, Robertsvei Road, Franschhoek, Western Cape, intends to sell the said business as a going concern to Simon Petrus Malherbe (Identity Number: 9001025030080).
The transfer shall be effected within a period of not less than thirty (30) days and not more than sixty (60) days from the last publication of this notice.
