Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST 53026/2016 passed by North Gauteng, Pretoria Deeds Office in favour of THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF DGV TRUST, REGISTRATION NUMBER IT475/1987 in respect of certain SECTION NO. 2 ELVIRA which has been lost or destroyed.

All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at North Gauteng within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
