Midlands EMS sê die diens se gevorderde lewensondersteunende ambulans is saam met Midlands EMS K9 Search and Rescue Unit na die toneel. Die seun is met behulp van gespesialiseerde reddingstoerusting gestabiliseer, voordat hy na ‘n vlak 1 trauma-hospitaal vervoer is.
Trudi Power Moran, Callum Moran se ma, het haar dankbaarheid teenoor Midlands EMS uitgespreek.
“I am so grateful to Midlands EMS and their team for attending to my son today. You were all amazing in a very traumatic and frightening experience.
My son is experienced in riding off-road bikes and quads and what happened was a reminder that freak accidents can happen so quickly.
