TAKE NOTICE that in execution of a judgment by default in the above court, a sale in execution will be held by the Sheriff of the High Court, Lenasia at No. 5, 2nd Avenue, Cnr. Station Road, Armadale (knowns as Viking), on 22 APRIL 2026 at 08:00, of the following immovable property, on conditions to be read out by the auctioneer at the time of the sale:

- This sale is a sale in execution pursuant to a judgment obtained in the above Honourable Court, and subject to the reserve price as set at R650,000.00.
- The Rules of the auction and a full advertisement is available 24 hours before the auction at the office of the Sheriff of the High Court, Lenasia at No. 5, 2nd Avenue, Cnr. Station Road, Armadale (knowns as Viking).
- Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
a. Directive of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008

- The sale will be augmented with a timed online sale commencing on the Thursday prior to the live sale at 08h00. The highest bid obtained will then serve as the opening bid at the live and online sale. Should no higher offer be achieved at the live auction, the highest bid made during the timed auction shall be viewed as the highest and final bid.
