Ingevolge Artikels 40(3), 56(3) en (77) van die Insolvensiewet, 1936, Artikels 129, 179 en 182 van die Maatskappyewet, 1926, Artikels 339, 366, 375(5)(b), 386 (1)(d) en 402 van die Maatskappyewet, 1973, en Artikel 79 van die Wet op Beslote Korporasies, 69 van 1984, word hierby kennis gegee dat die persone hieronder vermeld as kurators of likwidateurs aangestel is, na gelang van die geval en dat persone wat enigiets aan die boedels of maatskappye verskuldig is, die skulde, tensy anders vermeld, onmiddelik by genoemde kurators of likwidateurs moet betaal. Byeenkomste van skuldeisers, lede of kontrubuante van genoemde boedels of maatskappye sal gehou word op die datums, tyd en plekke hieronder vermeld vir die bewys van vorderings teen die boedels of maatskappye, vir die ontvangs van die verslae van die kurators of likwidateurs oor die sake en toestand van die boedels of maatskappye of betreffende aangeleenthede rakende die beheer daarvan.
In ‘n plek waarin ‘n kantoor van ‘n Meester is, word die byeenkoms voor die Meester en op ander plekke voor die Landdros gehou.
APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES AND LIQUIDATORS AND PROOF OF CLAIMS IN SEQUESTRATED ESTATES OR COMPANIES BEING WOUND UP
Pursuant to sections 40 (3), 56 (3) and 77 of the Insolvency Act, 1936 and sections 339, 366, 375 (5) (b) and 402 of the Companies Act, 1973, notice is hereby given that the persons mentioned below have been appointed trustees or liquidators, as the case may be, and the persons indebted to the estates or companies are required to pay their debts to them forthwith unless otherwise indicated. Meetings of creditors or contributories of the said estates or companies will be held on the dates and at the times and places mentioned below, for proof of claims against the estates or companies, for the purpose of receiving the trustees’ or liquidators’ reports as to the affairs and conditions of the estates or companies and for giving the trustees or liquidators directions concerning the sale or recovery of any parts of the estates or assets of the companies or concerning any matter relating to the administration thereof. Meetings in a place in which there is a Master’s Office, will be held before the Master; elsewhere they will be held before the Magistrate.
