Comic Con Cape Town 2026 closed this past weekend with 10 emerging Cape Town artists showcased in Artist Alley. The exhibition, supported by the City’s Community, Arts and Culture Development Department, gave each artist their own booth to present original work, build their brand and connect with fans and collectors.
How the artists were selected
Artists were chosen from three Mural Meet Up Sessions held in public spaces across the City. Each completed a one month training and development programme covering workshops, mentorship and presentation skills. Facilitators Clyde Beech and Robin Moodley reviewed artwork and provided focused feedback before the show.
