IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. Grandlink Trading (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the First Respondent”) and all other interested parties are called upon to show cause, if any, to this Honourable Court on the 9th day of July 2026, at 09h30 or so soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard, why the First Respondent should not be finally wound-up;
2. This order shall operate as a provisional order winding-up the First Respondent;
3. This order is to be published on or before the 25th day of June 2026, once in the Government Gazette and once in a daily newspaper published and circulating in KwaZulu-Natal, being the Business Day;
4. The Applicant is ordered and directed to comply with the provisions of Section 346A of the Companies Act of 1973 (read with Section 9 of Schedule 5 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008) relating to the service of a copy of this winding-up order;
5. Costs of this application shall be costs in the administration of the First Respondent’s estate.
