The Estate of Claire Nicola Shellard was placed in Provisional Sequestration by an order of the Honorable Court on the 25th of May 2026, wherefore the Respondent and/or any affected parties are herewith notified of the set-down of the Return Date of the Rule Nisi in the aforesaid matter on the 27th of July 2026 at 10:00, or as soon thereafter as Counsel will be heard, in the High Court (Insolvency Court), Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, upon which the Respondent and/or affected parties will have the opportunity and be required to show cause why the Provisional Order should not be made a final order of sequestration.
