Na oorweging van die stukke en aanhoor van advokaat vir die Applikant, word die volgende bevel gemaak:

1. Dat die aansoek om likwidasie uitgestel word en dat die rule nisi hierin verleng word tot die 11de dag van Junie 2025, op die ongeopponeerde rol;
2. Dat die vermorste koste van vandag, veroorsaak deur die uitstel, koste in die aansoek sal wees.
