Kragtens artikel 35(5) van die Wet op die Administrasie van Boedels, Nr. 66 van 1965, word hiermee kennis gegee dat afskrifte van die likwidasie- en distribusierekenings (eerste en finale, tensy anders vermeld) in bogenoemde boedel ter insae lê vir alle belanghebbendes vir ’n tydperk van 21 (een-en-twintig) dae vanaf die datum van publikasie hiervan of vanaf die datum soos gespesifiseer, welke ook al die later is, by die kantore van die Meester van die Hooggeregshof en die betrokke Landdroskantoor soos hieronder aangedui.

Indien geen besware binne die voorgeskrewe tydperk by die betrokke Meester ingedien word nie, sal die eksekuteur voortgaan om betalings ooreenkomstig die rekenings te maak.

In terms of section 35(5) of the Administration of Estates Act, No. 66 of 1965, notice is hereby given that copies of the liquidation and distribution accounts (first and final, unless otherwise stated) in the estate specified above will lie open for inspection by all persons with an interest therein for a period of 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication hereof or from the date specified, whichever is the later, at the offices of the Master of the High Court and the Magistrate’s Court as stated below.

Should no objection be lodged with the Master concerned during the specified period, the executor will proceed to make payments in accordance with the accounts.
