Lt.kol. Malcolm Pojie, polisiewoordvoerder, sê aan Nuusflits die man is Saterdagaand tussen 23:00 en middernag laas gesien. Hy is deur mediese personeel op die toneel dood verklaar. ‘n Geregtelike doodsondersoekdossier is geregistreer.
Pojie sê ‘n nadoodse ondersoek sal bepaal wat die presiese oorsaak van die man se dood was. Die ondersoek gaan voort en die polisie vra enigiemand met relevante inligting om na vore te kom.
