Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T79661/2017 passed by PILOT PERIDOT INVESTMENTS 1 (PTY) LTD (Registration Number 2007/007888/07) in favour of EMIRA PROPERTY FUND LTD (Registration Number 2014/130842/06), in respect of a certain 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) undivided share of the Remaining Extent of Portion 355 of the Farm Garstfontein No. 374, Registration Division JR, Province of Gauteng, measuring 2793 (TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY THREE) square metres, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: North Gauteng at Pretoria, at 600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria Central, Pretoria, within two (2) weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
