Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T6833/2024 passed by North Gauteng, Pretoria Deeds Office in favour of MARIA MAGDALENA BOOYSEN, Identity number 5812240039084 in respect of certain ERF 392 ELARDUS PARK TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION J.R, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at North Gauteng within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
