NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTED SERVICE OF COURT PROCESS
TO: 1ST AND 2ND DEFENDANTS
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Plaintiff herein on the 19th February, 2025 did commence court action against yourselves at the Subordinate Court for Zambia in Lusaka wherein the Plaintiff is claiming for:
i. Order for the payment of the sum of USD6,000 being the purchase price for the Land Cruiser;
ii. Order for the payment of the sum of ZMW55,000 being the money paid to Immigration consultants to secure the 2nd Defendants release from custody, at the request of the 1st Defendant;
iii. Order for the payment of the sum of ZMW48,000 being storage costs of the assets left by the 1st and 2nd Defendants;
iv. Order for the payment of the sum of ZMW15,000 being the cost of moving the assets left by the 1st and 2nd Defendants from GMA Property to Mukalya Lodge;
v. In the alternative to i, ii, iii and iv, Court Order for the Plaintiff to sale the assets left by the 1st and 2nd Defendants so as to recover the money owed by the 1st and 2nd Defendants;
vi. Interim Court Order restraining the 1st and 2nd Defendants, their agents or anyone acting under their instructions from trespassing on Mukalya Lodge, a property belonging to the Plaintiff herein;
vii. Damages for loss of use of the money due;
viii. Interest on all sums found due;
ix. Any other relief the Court may deem fit; and
x. Costs.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT this matter is scheduled for a trial hearing on the 11th December, 2025, at 09:00hrs before Honourable Munyinyi Okoh.
