Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of the Deed of Transfer ST 172237/2004 passed by North Gauteng, Pretoria Deeds Office in favour of SHEEPSHEAD BAY INVESTMENTS PROPRIETARY LTD, Registration Number 1996/013848/07 in respect of SECTION 19 OF SS 1022/04 in the scheme known as QUEENS PLACE situated at ERF 1397 QUEENSWOOD EXTENSION 10 TOWNSHIP, CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at North Gauteng within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
