In pursuant of a writ of execution against movable property by the above Honourable Court issued on 13 October 2025, the goods listed hereunder will be sold in execution to the highest bidder by the Sheriff Palm Ridge, at Roadfreight Logistics situated at 66 Jacobo Street, Alberton North, on 26 March 2026 at 10:00 or so soon thereafter. TAKE NOTICE that:

1. The sale will be conducted by the Sheriff of Palm Ridge.
2. The rules of this auction and full advertisement will be available 24 hours before the auction at the office of the Sheriff of Palm Ridge situated at 39A Louis Trichard Street, Alberton North, 1449.
3. Registration as a buyer is a prerequisite and subject to, inter alia, the directive of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (which rules are available at http://www.gov.za/documents/consumer-protection-act) and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, no. 38 of 2001, in respect of proof of identity and proof of address not older than three months. If purchasing on behalf of a company or close corporation, the purchaser must produce the relevant resolution or power of attorney to bid.
4. Furthermore, registration as a buyer is subject to the payment of a registration deposit of R1,000.00 (One Thousand Rand) to be done by way of electronic funds transfer (“EFT”).
5. The balance of the purchase price will immediately be payable upon fall of the hammer, by EFT. 
6. The auctioned items will be sold to the highest bidder or sold subject to confirmation as per the Consumer Protection Act on instructions from the execution creditor or their attorneys.
