TAKE NOTICE that in execution of a judgment by default in the above court, a sale in execution, will be held by the Sheriff of the High Court, Randburg South West, at the Sheriff’s office, 410 Jan Smuts Avenue, Burnside Island Office Park, Building 7 First Floor, Craighall, Randburg, on 16 September 2026 at 11:00, of the following immovable property, on conditions to be read out by the auctioneer at the time of the sale:

3. Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
